How to Order Lapel Pins

We make the ordering process simple for custom lapel pins. We essentially handle everything from concept to final product with minimal involvement necessary on our customer's behalf. We do, however, encourage our customers to be involved in the entire process, and we like to take a team approach in order to assure a truly custom, and unique design for each order of custom lapel pins we manufacture!

It All Starts with an Idea

Custom Lapel Pins are just that - Custom. Each order of custom lapel pins we manufacture begins with an idea, or design concept. Our customer's typically have a general idea of what they need their lapel pins to accomplish, or the message they wish to convey. Sometimes a design is provided that we simply copy, but most of the time we are supplied simply with a general idea, some verbiage, and a rough theme. From there our designers work up a digital rendering of your lapel pins. Once the first or initial rendering is completed, we work with you to fine tune the design, either by modifying the initial concept, or scratching it all together and starting off fresh. Either way, we're happy to offer our assistance to make sure your lapel pins are absolutely perfect by the time they reach your hands.

The Ordering Process

The order process begins when you Contact Us either by phone, email or filling out our Free Quote form. Once your information is received, we begin working on your design. The process of creating your design typically takes anywhere from a few hours to up to 1 business day.

Once the design of your lapel pins has been finished, we will email it to you, along with a written price quote if one has been requested. After receiving your design, you are then free to request any changes you would like to make, and we will furnish additional renderings at no additional charge! We repeat this process until you are completely satisfied with the design of your custom lapel pins.

Once your design has met your demands, we email or fax a final order confirmation, which contains all of the details of your order. Once you have reviewed and signed off on your order confirmation, we will send your order to production immediately.

After your order is sent into production, you are free to check in on the status of your order at any time. Lapel pins are typically struck from metal, then go into a plating process, and are finally sent to coloring. Each lapel pin is buffer to a high shine, quality checked for errors, then packaged and shipped to your door.
